PT. Citra Sari Makmur (“CSM”) is a company founded in 1987 by Subagio
Wirjoatmodjo and established under the Law of the Republic of Indonesia.
On May 7, 1993, the Company changed its status into a joint venture company (PMA)
between Subagio Wirjoatmodjo (51.05%) and Bell Atlantic Indonesia, USA
(48.95%). Later on by November 8, 1996, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.
(the Indonesian Incumbent Carrier / Operator) participated as a shareholder
of the company. In 1998 Subagio Wirjoatmodjo share ownership at CSM was replaced by PT Tigatra Media, a company wholly owned by Subagio Wirjoatmodjo. The prevailing shareholder’s composition is as follow:
