THE COMPANY

PT. Citra Sari Makmur (“CSM”) is a company founded in 1987 by Subagio Wirjoatmodjo and established under the Law of the Republic of Indonesia. On May 7, 1993, the Company changed its status into a joint venture company (PMA) between Subagio Wirjoatmodjo (51.05%) and Bell Atlantic Indonesia, USA (48.95%). Later on by November 8, 1996, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (the Indonesian Incumbent Carrier / Operator) participated as a shareholder of the company. In 1998 Subagio Wirjoatmodjo share ownership at CSM was replaced by PT Tigatra Media, a company wholly owned by Subagio Wirjoatmodjo. The prevailing shareholder’s composition is as follow:

Media Trio (L) Inc. a wholly own subsidiary of PT Tigatra Media : 36.71 %
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. : 25.00 %

  Satellite Network: Hub master station, Network Management System (NMS), international gateway provided by first class satellite technology providers.
  Terrestrial Network, Wireless (BWA/Wimax) and FTTP: NMS and Point of Presence (PoP) all over Indonesia, provided by the state of the art technology principals for Frame-relay, DSL, MPLS, and ATM switched-backbone network, and alsobroadband woreless access. CSM has deployed Fiber infrastructure and broadband wireless access with the initial capacity to serve more than 100,000 Broadband-DDN access for SME, SOHO and high end residential in big Jakarta area alone.
  Compliance Center: NMS, Gateway, NAP, radio tower, Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), R&M Centre, warehousing, training center and co-location centre.
